Creator applications
When you submit an application, we process your first name, Instagram profile, email address and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Jan Miskela uses these details to assess a possible partnership and contact you about the next step. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter or SMS marketing. Applications are sent by the website’s Vercel server through Resend to the operator’s private email inbox. Application answers are not sent to analytics. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact below.
Data we process
When you book a consultation, we process your name, email address, note, selected time and time zone. Stripe processes payment information; miskela.com does not store full payment-card details.
How we use the data
We use this data to show available times, create and manage bookings, accept payment, send confirmations and communicate about the consultation.
Google Calendar
The booking system uses an authorized connection to the operator's Google Calendar account. It checks for scheduling conflicts and adds confirmed bookings. We do not sell Google Calendar data or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
The website and booking service use Vercel, Hetzner, self-hosted Cal.com, Google Calendar and Stripe. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are activated only after consent in regions where consent is required.
Retention and your rights
We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by email.
